River Stones

Smooth stones wrapped in soft wool, using nothing more complicated than warm water, soap, and your hands. The finished stones feel lovely to hold and make a nice addition to a river small world, sensory play setup, or collection of little woodland treasures. You can keep the colours natural and try to mimic the stones you might find beside a real river, or completely ignore that idea and make something much more colourful. There are no river-stone police.
